Among Us Airship New Map – Release Date
It’s time for a new map in Among Us. The Airship.
We’ve been playing Among Us religiously for the last 3 to 4 months. A perfect game to play during the pandemic.
Technically some of us have been playing longer. The game was released over 2 years ago in June of 2018.
Either way, we’ve all been playing for a long time and I think we all agree it’s time for a new map.
Innersloth, the Among Us devs blessed our timelines today on Twitter. They finally revealed The Airship map which will be available in early 2021.
The Airship map was revealed today on the Video Game Awards livestream.

Among Us Airship New Map – Details
They devs shared just a few details about the map release on Twitter earlier today.
Here are some screenshots that come out today of what the upcoming map is going to look like.
At first glance, it looks just like a new location designed by the devs. However if you are a die hard fan of Innersloth, you may recognize this familiar location.
The map is inspired by another Innersloth title called “The Henry Stickmin Collection”.
Compare the new map image above with this screenshot from the “Infiltrating the Airshop” storyline of Henry Stickmin.
While the new Among Us map is not a perfect replication of the airship from Henry Stickman, you can definitely see the inspiration.
When Is the Release Date?
The devs are shooting for a release date in “early 2021”. While this is very vague, we can assume it would launch in the first quarter of 2021.
We’re definitely excited about a brand new Among Us map and can’t wait to chop some more heads off in electrical.
