In Toca Life World, your character can become pregnant with cosmetics. You can also give your character a baby to hold, or make one yourself with the character creator.
Before your character can get pregnant or give birth in Toca Life World, you must have bought the hospital.
Once you’ve done this, your character can have a baby.
There are some steps you’ll need to follow, which we’ve provided below.
Tip: If you’d like to make sure your character is pregnant, take them to the far right side of the room, and place them on the blue hospital bed. Once you do, the machine next to them should show a small baby on the screen.
There are two ways to give your character a baby in Toca Life World. Both have their pros and cons, so it’s up to you to decide which one you prefer.
The quickest way to give your character a baby is by picking one out from the hospital. On the same floor, there are a few babies sleeping in cribs.
Pick whichever one you like, then bring it over to your character. Once you do this, your character will hold the baby.
At this point, you can change them back into their regular outfit.
Unfortunately, these babies don’t age on their own, nor can you change their clothes.
However, your character can hold them, which makes for a better parenting experience overall.
If you want to be able to customize your avatar’s child, then this is the choice for you.
Simply open up the character creator, select the smallest character size, and voila!
Unfortunately, even the smallest size looks more like a toddler than an infant.
Moreover, your character cannot hold them, unlike the hospital babies.
Even so, this option allows you to customize the baby, and even features unique cosmetics.
That’s everything you need to know about how to get pregnant and give birth in Toca Life World!
