If you’re a veteran Pet Sim X player you’ve probably heard of Dark Matter pets in Pet Simulator X. In this guide we’ll show you how to create Dark Matter pets & if they are worth spending resources on.

What are Dark Matter Pets?

Dark Matter is a variant class that pets can have similar to Golden & Rainbow variants. These variants make the pets stronger by increasing overall damage as well as adding extra boosts / buffs.

DM pets are 3x stronger than Rainbow pets or 15x stronger than regular non-variant pets. As of writing this article it is the most powerful variant in the game.

If you are looking to have a super strong team then you definitely want to make sure you get some DM pets in your possession as soon as possible.

How Do You Create Dark Matter Pets?

Dark Matter pets are pretty simple to create, but you must be a pretty high level & advanced as far as the Dark Tech World area of the game. If you haven’t got this far yet then you won’t be able to make your own DM variants.

Travel to the Dark Tech World area & head over to the side of the map where you’ll see the Dark Matter “baking” machine. Click on the machine & add your pets to begin the process.

In order to convert pets to Dark Matter you must already have pets of the Rainbow variant. You can only convert Rainbow Pets to DM, you can’t convert Golden or normal versions.

It takes 5 days in order to create or “bake” one DM pet at a time. If you add more pets, the time will go faster. You can add up to 6 Rainbow pets at a time which will cut the baking time down to only 30 minutes.

If you want to save time then we suggest always doing 6 pets at once. You can also pay Robux to instantly cook any number of pets.
